The hotel was located next to Murcia tram station and a reasonable restaurant serving food for both breakfast and evening meals. An electronic key card, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk in my king room were useful during my visit. the staff was really helpful and fixed my issues.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was nice. The staff were very amiable and excellent and provided help. The food was outstanding and the location was marvellous.

The attention of the staff in Reception is really formidable. They are always willing to provide the best information and to resolve any issues that may arise. In that sense, I highly recommend them. . This is a hotel that serves as a place to rest or work. The room was spacious and comfortable. Near the place you can find places to eat tapas, (eat some passports), drink some canes and even go shopping at the local supermarkets.

Twice during the night there was a lot of noise in the corridors (in the middle of the night). People dragging things or bags and even talking out loud. It is possible that the night staff did not notice this. The kettle where we could heat the water for coffee or tea was very dirty inside, which prevented us from using it.

The accommodation was spacious with three single beds lined up, and the hotel was conveniently located around 30 km from the airport.

Good secure underground parking. Excellent tram link from outside hotel to Murcia centre (4/5 mins, only one euro). Staff friendly and helpful. Did not use restaurant, and did not have breakfast based on previous reviews. Bed comfortable. Wifi good from all areas.

Some noise from guests returning to their rooms in the early hours disturbed sleep.

We had a good stay during our visit. the location was marvelous and comfortable, in the center of town. They offered us outstanding meals, had a wide array of options to choose from.

It suited my needs perfectly, it was a really good location for me, short walk to tram stop, which run every 10 minutes into Murcia. Staff were all charming, not all spoke English, but my Spanish leaves a lot to be desired also.
